Advent Print would like to assure all our customers and suppliers that we handle all your data professionally, securely and in accordance with the new regulations that have come into effect on Friday 25 May 2018.
We hold your data as a customer, who we have provided services to in the past and would like to do so in the future or as a supplier to our company.
- As a customer, we hold your business address, contact name, email address and telephone number
- As a customer, we only use this information for quoting, looking back at historical orders and invoicing
- As a customer, we do not issue mail shots, hold your data on a mailing list
- As a supplier, we hold your business address, contact name, email address, telephone number, along with your bank account details to process your payments.
We do not sell your contact data or pass on any of your details to third parties unless we outsource your work to third parties.
